What to Expect Upon
Arrival
On Thursday the parking lot will open around noon.
The box office will open at 2pm. The gates into the festival
open at 5pm. For the rest of the weekend the
gates open at 10am.
When you first arrive you will be directed to a parking
spot. This applies to everyone, even those who are vehicle
camping. You will then go to the box office where you will
claim will call tickets, purchase tickets, buy vehicle camping
passes, etc. Once the gates are open you will be allowed
to bring in your camping things and/or drive in your vehicle.
During peak hours things can get a little backed up at the
box office. The
biggest thing we ask of you is to PLEASE BE PATIENT! Remember,
it's a long weekend of fun ahead of you and we are working
as fast as we can.
Those who purchased vehicle camping passes will be allowed
to drive their vehicles into a specific part of the campground.
This is a one way pass. There is NO RE ENTRY. If you choose
to leave the grounds with your vehicle you must either park
it in the lot or purchase another pass if there are any left.
If you did not purchase a vehicle pass you will not be allowed
to bring your car into the campground. NO EXCEPTIONS... Not
even to pick up your stuff at the end of the weekend. If
you are worried about getting your things to and from your
campsite we would recommend bringing a wagon or wheel barrow
to assist you.

Green Village
As Meltdown grows so does our social responsibility. With
the ability to attract thousands of individuals we propose to combine
our artistic avenue with environmental awareness. Summer Meltdown
provides Terra Roots with the opportunity to reach thousands of people,
to imbue in them the community spirit created by the event, and to
send them back to their various communities to share their experiences. More
