We are looking for vendors with
unique products produced in a sustainable manner. We limit the
number of vendors selling similar goods, as well as the total
number of vendor booths to fit the size of the festival, and
believe you will find attending and vending at the Meltdown to
be among the highlights of your summer for many years to come.
Please read carefully through the following information and complete
the online inquiry form below. Application does not guarantee acceptance
– you will be contacted upon receipt of your inquiry with further
details. Providing concise and complete information regarding your
goods and your prior vending experience is important to our decision
making process.
Booth space/Fees:
10x10 space $375
10x20 space $500
Booth fees include TWO festival passes; camping; and ONE vehicle
pass for vendor parking at or near your booth, depending on booth
location. Vendors must provide their own canopy, tables, chairs,
racks, etc.
Table Vending: This is a good alternative for those who don't
have enough items to fill a booth space, or do not want to commit the time
and funds to vending for the entire weekend. We are offering 4'x4' table spaces
in a covered pavilion area. These vending passes are $50 and DO NOT include
festival admittance or vehicle passes. You may purchase these in advance, or
on site at the location indicated in the festival program.
Food Vendors: We are not accepting applications for food vendors.
