Hi Melters. We care deeply about your trust and your right to privacy. This space, like everything we create, is grounded in intention, respect and transparency. Below is how we collect and use your information, and how your merch gets to you.

What We Collect
Depending on how you interact with this site, we may collect:

  • Name + Email Address: if you sign up for our newsletter, contact us, or place an order.

  • Order Details: your shipping address, phone number and what you purchased, so we can get your order to you.

  • Payment Info: processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

  • Other Info You Choose to Share: through forms or messages.

  • Site Use Data: such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically through Squarespace's built-in analytics and third-party tools to understand how this site is accessed and used.

How We Use Your Info

  • To process, fulfill and ship your orders.

  • To respond to questions about orders or the event.

  • To send updates (like newsletters or announcements) if you've opted in.

  • To improve the flow, accessibility and experience of this site.

What We Don't Do

  • We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever.

  • We only share your information with the essential partners that help run this site and deliver your order:

    • Squarespace (our website and store)

    • Our payment processor

    • Printful, who prints and ships our merch

    • Shipping carriers

    • Our email platform

Cookies + Tracking
This site uses cookies (small data files stored on your device) for functionality and to understand how visitors use the site. We also use the Meta pixel to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can control cookie settings through your browser at any time.

Tickets
Yule Melt tickets are sold through Eventbrite. Information you share at ticket checkout is handled under Eventbrite's privacy policy.

Shipping

  • Made to order: most of our merch is printed on demand by Printful once you order. Please allow up to 14 business days for production before it ships.

  • Shipping rates: Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

  • Where we ship: US only

  • Holiday orders: to receive your order by December 25, please order by NOVember 25.

  • Pickup at Yule Melt: choose pickup at checkout to collect your order at Yule Melt on December 12 at APEX in Everett. THis option is only available for Items we fulfill such as vintage posters

  • Tracking: you'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Returns + Exchanges
Because most items are made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact us Printful directly with a photo, and they will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Your Rights
If you're located in the EU or UK, or somewhere with strong privacy protections, you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we've collected (data Squarespace collects independently is outside our control)

  • Ask that we delete or correct your info

  • Withdraw consent for communication at any time
